Terms and Conditions for Mae’d Coaching

1. Introduction
Welcome to Mae'd Coaching! By engaging with our fitness coaching services, you ("Client") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided
Mae'd Coaching offers online fitness coaching services, including but not limited to:
Personalised fitness plans
Nutritional guidance
Use of third-party platforms like Trainerize for coaching and communication
3. Client Obligations
Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, including health-related data, to enable effective coaching.
Follow the advice and instructions provided as part of the coaching service. Mae'd Coaching is not responsible for outcomes resulting from non-adherence to provided plans.
Notify us of any changes in your health or fitness levels that may impact your ability to participate in the coaching programme.
4. Payment and Cancellation Policy
Monthly Payments: Monthly payments are due on the day you sign up for the service. This means your monthly payment will renew on the same day each month, depending on the date you initially signed up.
Upfront Payments: If you choose to pay for services upfront, this payment covers the entire agreed-upon service period.
No Refunds:
For Monthly Payments: No refunds will be provided if you discontinue before the end of your monthly period.
For Upfront Payments: No refunds will be given if you decide to cancel or drop off before the end of your paid period. Once you’ve paid for the services upfront, it is considered a non-refundable payment, and you are not entitled to a refund if you discontinue the services.
Cancellation:
For Monthly Payments: You must provide at least one month's notice if you wish to cancel. This means if you want to stop your subscription, you need to inform us before your next monthly payment is due.
For Upfront Payments: Cancellation requests for upfront payments are not eligible for a refund, as the service is already paid for in full. However, if you choose to discontinue, you will not be charged for future months or services after the cancellation date.
5. Use of Third-Party Services
Mae'd Coaching utilises Trainerize, a third-party platform, to deliver coaching services. Trainerize may collect and process personal data independently. For more details on their terms, refer to their Terms of Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mae'd Coaching provides advice and recommendations based on the information provided by the Client. However, results are not guaranteed as they depend on individual factors outside our control.
Mae'd Coaching is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred while participating in the coaching programme, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by Mae'd Coaching, including fitness plans and nutritional advice, remains the intellectual property of Mae'd Coaching. Clients are granted a non-transferable licence to use the materials for personal purposes only.
Unauthorised sharing or reproduction of our materials is strictly prohibited.
8. Termination of Services
Mae'd Coaching reserves the right to terminate the coaching agreement at any time if the Client breaches these Terms or fails to fulfil their obligations (e.g., payment or adherence to agreed schedules).
The Client may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days written notice. However, payments made for coaching services are non-refundable, as coaching services are personalised and cannot be partially returned or reallocated.
Any outstanding fees must be settled upon termination.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
10. Updates to These Terms
Mae'd Coaching reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of any material changes via email or updates on our website. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
